Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC is the parent company of our three beverage distribution operations. Our Alabama Company is known as Gulf Distributing Company of Mobile, LLC. It was founded in 1935 (Jax Distributing) and has been owned and operated by the Maisel family since 1973. Ms. Freida G. Maisel is our Chairman Emeritus. Ms. Maisel acquired Jax Distributing and operated the company as Gulf in our early years. She is the primary reason for our success due to the fact that Ms. Maisel insisted on a culture that is people oriented. We believe that our people are the most important part of our company. We strive to make the most of the opportunities that come with selling such a story and popular array of beverages. Our Alabama Company, Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC employs approximately 500 people. This is a far cry from the beginning days when Ms. Maisel bought Jax Distributing with its twenty some odd employees.

Goldring Gulf Distributing Company, LLC is our Florida based beverage sales operation. Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC partners with William Goldring in the ownership of this great company. Mr. Goldring’s grandfather founded this company in 1898 and it has been continuously owned by the Goldring family since its founding. So, Goldring Gulf is a partnership of two well known and well respected families- the Maisel family and the Goldring family. As the name indicates, our existence is the result of a merge of two beverage distribution companies. The merge occurred in 2001and has been very successful. In addition to the William Goldring Company, our heritage also includes Gator Distributing (purchased by the Maisel family in 1999.), Panama Beverage (purchased by the Maisel family in 1998.), and many other corporate and product acquisitions that contribute to our awesome product portfolio.
Goldring Gulf is a people oriented company reflecting the culture of both the Goldring and Maisel philosophies.

Energy Beverage Management, LLC is our Mississippi beverage distribution company. It was founded in 2000 by the Maisel family and is the exclusive distributor of Red Bull products in our Mississippi territories. Energy Beverage is a people oriented distribution company that is unique in the beverage distribution world. Having a total focus on one line of products gives this company a level of excitement and ENERGY that is seldom seen in our industry. Energy Beverage is the fastest growing company in our family of companies.
